Kale chips


Ingredients:

– Kale (Remove leaves from the steam. Wash and dry very well. It should be very dry)

 -Coconut oil (or olive oil). Toss leaves with oil and distribute it evenly with your hands. – Salt or any seasoning you want. Be careful and add just a little bit. Salt and seasoning intensifies during baking.

Place washed and dry leaves on the parchment paper in a single layer. Leaves should be flat, not folded over.

Preheat oven to 350F. Bake kale for 12 min (Set up your timer! Even extra 2 minutes can burn leaves.).
