Ingredients:
– cooked spaghetti squash (about 2.5-3 cups)
– 2 eggs
– 2 tsp coconut flour
– 1 tsp ground golden flaxseeds
– salt, pepper,
– parsley/dill/spinach/or scallions
Whisk together eggs, flour, flaxseeds, salt, pepper, parsley or scallions.
