Okroshka - traditional Russian cold soup

All vegetables except of potatoes are raw.
Don’t put many potatoes as it’s starchy.

Ingredients:

– Mix of 1/2 Buttermilk + 1/2 Sprinkle pure water
– Potatoes
– Eggs
– Meat (in Russia we usually use ham or bologna)
– Radish
– Cucumber
– Spring onion, parsley
– Mustard 1tsp
– Some lemon juice
– Salt

Okroshka - traditional Russian cold soup.

Chop all ingredients and mix together. Leave in the refrigerator for a while before serving (it should be cold).
