Raw stuffed bell peppers.


– Bell peppers

– Hemp, 1.5cup

– Mushrooms

– Carrots, grated

– Garlic, 1 clove

– Parsley, fresh

– Basil and oregano, dry

– Sea salt

– Olive oil, 1 tsp

Directions: chop/slice carrots and mushrooms (or use food processor). Mix all ingredients together and stuff bell peppers. Voila! raw, tasty and healthy!
