Ingredients:

– Jicama

– Olive oil

– Garlic powder (or onion powder)

– Sea salt

– Paprika

PicMonkey CollageDirections: slice jicama so it looks like french fries. Combine in a bowl with onion/garlic powder, sea salt, paprika, and olive oil.

Dehydrator: t 115F; for about 6-7 hoursJuice pulp crackers. Raw.

– Jicama

– Mango

– Green mix

Dressing: orange (juiced), sea salt, red pepper, olive oil

Raw Green Energy Soup with Kale.

Raw Green Energy Soup with Kale.

Ingredients:

2 cups water

5 leaves kale, stems removed, chopped

2 tomatoes, chopped

½ cucumber, chopped

1 avocado

Juice of ½ lime

1 garlic gloves

1tsp sea salt

Pinch of cayenne pepper (optional)

Red bell pepper, diced, to decorate

Freshly ground black pepper

Directions: place all ingredients except of red bell pepper into a blender and process until smooth. Garnish the soup with red bell pepper and ground black pepper. The soup will keep in refrigerator for 1 day.

Raw vegan candies.

Raw vegan candies

raw vegan candiesIngredients:

1 cup of dates

1 cup of walnuts

3 tsp unsweetened cocoa

unsweetened coconut flakes

pinch sea salt

Directions:

Place nuts and walnuts in food processor and process until finely ground. Add cocoa, sea salt and coconut flakes and pulse to combine all ingredients. Shape small balls, roll in cocoa or coconut flakes, and place in refrigerator to chill before consuming.
